At RM Solutions, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products and receive a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and tags are included.
- The product is not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used laptops and open-box items (unless defective on arrival).
- Products with broken seals or missing original packaging.
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery.
- Personal care items that have been opened or used.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photos of the defect/damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Do not discard the product or packaging until the issue is resolved.
5. How to Request a Return

- Wait for our confirmation before sending the product back.
- Ship the product back in its original packaging (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective).

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method or as agreed upon.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item or variant, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
